Outer Shell
Hydrophobic vulcanized nitrile rubber
A seamless, chemical-impermeable perimeter that deflects thorns, acidic soil chemicals and stone abrasion while refusing water. Reinforced heel kick-off lugs allow hands-free removal after muddy shifts.
Reinforcement
Ballistic para-aramid fang-deflection weave
A structural shield wrapped around the calf and Achilles to arrest viper fangs, barbed wire and sickle slips before they reach skin — without restricting natural ankle articulation.
Inner Lining
Silver-ion antimicrobial breathable mesh
Channels perspiration away from skin in 40°C harvest conditions, suppressing bacterial growth, fungal rot and trench foot through the monsoon.
Cushioning
Dual-density anatomical EVA footbed
Calibrated from 500+ 3D foot scans of Indian agricultural workers. Absorbs heel-strike shock across 12–14 hour shifts in submerged paddy or cracked dry soil.
Puncture Protection
Non-metallic multi-layer composite plate
A flexible barrier beneath the insole that stops babool thorns, nails and sugarcane stubble — immune to rust, and flexible enough for natural squatting and terrace walking.

Prevents midfoot collapse and ankle roll while carrying 40–60 kg loads across narrow, greasy irrigation bunds.
